Here is a snapshot from Ripley’s Believe it or not. Where Qigong Master Jo, boils water with hands under an infrared camera. Master Jo is a healer in China where he heals his patient using pure qigong. Here is a video clip of Jet Li in his movie “Tai Chi Master” where Jet Li used Tai Chi style to defeat his opponent. Tai Chi have been practised as an exercise through out the world. Tai Chi Chuan is more than exercise. It’s about movements to circulate your body invisible energy called “chi”. Smooth circulation of “chi” energy ensures a healthy body. Stagnant and blocked “chi” energy causes all sorts of chronic disease. If practiced correctly and sufficiently, you can use this ancient exercise as an effective alternative healing for today’s health problems.

Here is one awesome video clip where lots of people performing capoeira. Capoeira is a beautiful art, and it looks like breakdancing. It may not seem like real martial art but think about how much muscle and balance the people needs to do that particular move. So it is a good way to train the body and its also one of the most difficut arts to learn.

Here is a video clip showing Prying mantis kungfu motion capture. And below is what the author of this video clip said “My seven stars praying mantis kung fu shifu was motion captured for a video game, but unfortunately due to financial fallout and severe budget cuts at the game designer, most of the characters for the mocap’d martial artists never made it into the final game. This is a slight variant of the combination of the White Ape Steals the Peach / Black Tiger Intersecting Fist sets. Btw, my teacher was under 180 lbs when he did this, they just superimposed a 300 lb avatar in a Hawaiian shirt over top of him as the intended character. I’ve never actually seen a 300 lb person move quite that fast, but it would be scary if they did. =)”. Pretty cool

Here is a video clip of two brother who have build their career out of breaking stuff. They hold 5 world records and two championship records out of outrageous strength. They can break 13 heavy blocks of concrete that is 4 times harder than human bone. A team of scientists from the crash test industry studies the impact and damage of the two brother and they measured a shocking over 1000 G of accelaration on the point of impact and 2000 pounds of forces were generated by them. Not only they are strong on the arm, they also strong on the head and the body. Really impressive.

Here is a video clip showing master Austin Goh training qigong(chi kung). The most important aspect of training qigong is the development of qi(chi). Qi can be translated as a breath, spirit or life force. It is a flow of energy that govern muscular movement, the process of breathing, the regulation of a heart beat, and the functioning of a nervous system. Correctly developed qi can be used to enhance health, cure illnesses, and in the case of the martial art, it can perform extreme power way beyond the muscle ability. The training involved highly concentration on the flow of energy movement in human body. In other word, instead of exercising the muscle, it exercise the flow of energy resides in the human body. When trained until max, you can see the power of iron head, iron throat, iron body, iron arm, iron leg and even iron penis.
