Shaolin kungfu training
Here is a video clip of how shaolin disciples train their kungfu. It is not an easy task, it is a lot of hard work. As you can see in the video clip, most of them are training their iron head by constantly banging their head over the sand bag for a long period of time. They even banging their head to each other. Some of them train hard on fist power, some on palm power, and the final result…..full iron body
