Here is another video showing various qigong trick. The master of qigong in Taiwan first performed hitting nail using his palm concentrated with qi, then he performed hitting iron bar(the one used for lifting weight) using his palm. He also performed light qigong where he can stand on top of the egg without breaking them. Afterward, he showed how to insert qi into the chopstick and strike it into a wooden board. And finally, he packed the qi into his neck and push a car with an iron bar that stick to his throat. Very impressive and it shows how an odinary human body can also be as hard and strong as iron or stone if practiced with qigong.
