Shaolin kungfu: One-Finger Shooting Zen
One finger shooting zen is a very powerful shaolin kungfu. Where a master can disable an opponent by using a finger to strike the latter’s energy point. It is extremely deadly and will not be used unless necessary. The important aspect of using one finger shooting zen is that the master accumulate all his body energy or known as “chi gong” in one finger and strike at his opponent. When this kind of kungfu being trained until the limit, the master can actually lift his whole body weight using only one finger.
According to wong kiew kit, master of shaolin kungfu, there was a real life story where a guy who practice one finger shooting zen was once being attacked by 7 bigger and muscular guys armed with weapon but literally within a minute four of the attackers had to be taken to hospital with broken bones, and three landed in a police lock-up.
Becareful if you ever encounter someone with this kind of kungfu as one touch of the finger mean a broken bone in your body.
