Iron shirt qigong kungfu

Iron shirt qigong is a form of hard shaolin qigong. The main concept of this type of kungfu is to develop a cushion of qi around the body so that the master of this kungfu can take punches, kicks, or even weapon attacks without sustaining any damages or injury, as if he were wearing an iron shirt. The main technique to train this kind of kungfu is to slowly develop the qi around the body by attacking the body with bean bags first, gradually increase with bundle of canes, and finally with iron. It is an absolute must to progress gradually or one will get hurt easily. When iron shirt qigong being train to max, certain part of body such as stomach or throat can sustain heavy attack such as sharp iron spear.
